Set in the beautiful surroundings of the historical Park House, just outside of Durham City Centre, we provide free care and support to people in County Durham with life-limiting illnesses, people approaching the end of life and people that are bereaved.
We make no charge for our services and must raise £2 million each year through charitable donations and fundraising events in order to continue our vital work.
